Introducing ElfNote, new Gift Tracker software!

After months of tinkering, redesigning, rebuilding, and asking myself “wait… can I make this better?” about 47 times… ElfNote is officially live!!

ElfNote is my Christmas gift tracker for organized elves who like to start early and stay sane. It keeps your gift lists, card lists, and “don’t buy that again” memories all in one cozy place.

It works on desktop.
It works on mobile.
You can even install it like an app. Because of course I went that route. 😎

You can:
• Track gifts by person
• Set a per person budget
• Mark gifts as bought / wrapped
• Keep Christmas card list with addresses / mark them as sent
• See stats and days left till Christmas
• Avoid duplicate purchases
• Feel like you actually have December under control

Now here’s the part I want to be super clear about:

Lifetime access is $10. That’s it.

No subscriptions. No weird tiers. No surprise renewals. Just $10 one time to help cover hosting, maintenance, and the endless cups of coffee that powered this thing into existence.

I built ElfNote because I NEEDED it. And if you’re a fellow organized elf, I think you’ll love it too. I’m honestly ridiculously proud of this.

  1. I am loving it so far, it is overall very easy to set up your people and stuff, but once I set a persons budget, I can’t edit it. I think it should be able to be changed.

    • Thank you so much, I’m really glad you’re enjoying it! 😊 Right now, budgets are set as a fixed amount because they were designed to act as a firm spending limit.

That said, I completely understand that plans change… gift ideas shift, prices vary, or you may decide to spend a little more (or less). Being able to adjust a budget after setting it makes a lot of sense in real-world use.

I’ve added this to my list of improvements to look into. In the meantime, a quick workaround is to delete, then recreate the person with the updated budget.

Really appreciate you taking the time to share this, it helps make the app better!
